President	David Thiede		I am the Solutions Manager for ProActive Solutions. We are a premier IBM Business Partner. My background is in electronics manufacturing, supply chain, finance and management. I like designing solutions and solving problems so if you have any bring them to me - unless it is differential equations - I didn't like those so much.
Vice President / Secretary	Ryan Cooper		Currently I'm working as a consultant at IBM on there Save / Restore team. Before that I work at Lawson Software for two years as an iSeries System / Applications Administrator. I enjoy learning new technology, watching the Packers and my two kids ages 7 and 3.

Guest Speaker Coordinator	Dan Anderson		I am the team lead for demand generation and communications for IBM STG Lab Services. My career has spanned Finance, application programming, and project and general management. IBM has moved me to Florida and the UK, but I’ve always ended up back in good old Rochester, MN! I enjoy watching my sons’ progress through life. I also enjoy serving this great QUSER board and the QUSER membership by finding expert speakers with relevant topics that make membership in QUSER a tremendous value!
